White stretch velvet base with silver shimmers. All edges professionally finished along all edges. Ultra decadent white fringe with sequins is the ideal weight and length to accent dance movements. Fabric is stretchy and will hug curves nicely when worn around the hips. Tie the scarf at the front or at either hip for a variety of looks.
