Soft blue toned chiffon fabric. Non roll elastic waistband. Professionally made and finished with a rolled wave hem. Very nice weight to this skirt. Flows easily with movement.

Previously owned and on consignment. Overall condition is great and could be mistaken for new.

Size:

Length is about 36″ from top of elastic at waistband to the hem.

Current elastic in waistband is about 26″ when relaxed and about 46″ when pulled taut.

Fullness and side slits allows this skirt to fit almost any hip width.
