Brown chiffon fabric in a double layer with 2 side slits. Elastic waistband. Professionally made and finished with a rolled wave hem. Flows easily with movement. Rhinestone color is a pale antique gold tone.

Previously owned and on consignment. Overall condition is good. One subtle spot and snag near the bottom.

Size:

Length is about 35″ from top of elastic at waistband to the hem.

Current elastic in waistband is about 26″ when relaxed and about 42″ when pulled taut.
