Our beaded medallion set #11 features a collection of traditional Afghani beaded textile pieces that can add spice to all your DIY projects! We think these medallions pair beautifully together. Of course, you can use them separately. These sets are sold at a slightly discounted price, compared to buying the pieces individually. We do not break up sets, however. If you are looking for individual medallions you can find those listed as ‘medallion pieces’.

Fabulous for creating amazing belly dance belts, headbands, arm bands, bracelets, hair clips & pins, too! Make a one of kind costume by adding them to tops, skirts and pants.

We’ve even used some of the flatter medallion pieces as unique coasters for glasses and in other home decor projects, such as throw pillows.

Express yourself with these unique, fully hand beaded, textile accents! Also known as tribal gul and beaded flair, these unique pieces are perfect accents for many DIY projects. Originally created as accent pieces to adorn traditional Afghani dresses. These stunning works of art are perfect for many DIY belly dance costume and accessory creations! Use them for memorable home decor projects, as well!

Size & Details

Large Star Medallion:
Approximately 4 1/2″ across at the widest point. Rare star shaped outer edge. Yellow beads with fuchsia embroidery yarn and green bead accents. Center features a large antique mirror. Green fabric base.

Medium Medallion:
Approximately 2 3/4″ across. Yellow beads with fuchsia embroidery yarn. Accent bead colors of green, red-orange and dark blue in middle make a starburst design. Center features a dark purple pom. Silver cable accent between middle and outer beads. On a fuchsia fabric background.

Small-Medium Medallion:
Approximately 2 1/8″ across. Yellow beads with fuchsia embroidery yarn along perimeter add texture. Dark red and silver metallic embroidery encircle flower/starburst mirror detail. On a green fabric background.

Each medallion is set on a sturdy fabric base.
