More About Our Assuit Choli Tops
Made with extra flexible full 4 way stretch cotton-lycra fabric that is soft to touch.
The traditional block printing on this top has a slight sparkle/sheen. This hand block print adds depth and dimension. The pattern is inspired by traditional Assuit fabric (also known as Tulle bi telli). The Assuit fabric have long been loved by belly dancers near and far and have been featured in classic Hollywood films, such as Cleopatra and Samson & Delilah.
Each top is unique and no two are exactly identical. Placement of Assuit pattern will vary from top to top. Diamond patterns may be centered on bust, over bust or on sleeves. We love how each one is different from the other, but, still work beautifully on a group of dancers!
Due to the nature of the silver hand block print, these choli tops we recommend dry cleaning.
