We’ll collaborate with you to custom tailor a performance that fits the theme of your event, party or festival. Whether you have a very specific idea or no idea at all about what you’d want us to bring to a performance, we’ve got you covered. With a large variety in our music, costuming and performances in our repertoire we can provide a diverse tribal bellydance set to your next event.

We book out well in advance, so, please plan accordingly.
Performances: Typically we need at least 2 months notice for a fully customized performance set. This gives us enough time to build a playlist, coordinate costuming among available performers and rehearse the set between our current rehearsal schedules.
Workshops: Workshops don’t need as much advance notice to plan, however, the more popular days do tend to get booked early in the season, so, don’t wait to close to your event to hire us or you may be disappointed to find we are not available on a specific day or time.

Pricing:
Pricing varies on location, length of event and whether your are hiring us for a workshop or performance.
Workshops offered in our own studio are the most cost effective. You can hire us for a private workshop for you and your friends or coworkers and join us here in our studio, where everyone can shop and peruse our fabulous goodies before or after the workshop! Pricing for a more general 1 – 1 1/2 hour workshop in our studio for up to 12 women usually costs about $225 (that’s about $18 per person).
Looking to bring us to your event, no worries we can do that! Simply email us with the details of your event and we’ll work out a quote. We’ll need to know the date, location, number of attendees and their approximate age range (for calculating if we’ll need to bring assistant teachers to help) and what kind of workshop you’d like us to create.
Performances require rehearsals, travel time, performance gear and about 2 hours prep time just to get on the stage makeup and layers of costuming and accessories that create our amazing and decadent look. Therefore, performances tend to be more expensive to book and a bit harder to quote without more details. An average cost for 1 set (about 10 minutes) for a Boulder County event is about $275 per dancer. We recommend a minimum of 2 dancers. Multiple sets can sometimes qualify for discounts, when the sets are back to back (i.e. one 20 or 30 minute set).
Workshop & Performance Combos? Yes! We can do that and often offer discounted rates when you combine our workshops with a performance. For example: a 45 – 60 minute ‘Kid’s Belly Dance Birthday Party’ followed by a short 2 song performance could be as little as $325 for a Boulder County event.
To Work Out The Most Accurate Price For Your Event We’ll Need To Know:
-The date & times of your event (to determine if we are available).
-The location where your event will be held.
-Any special requests.
For workshops:
-What kind of workshop you’d like us to create (if you know).
-The number of attendees and their approximate age range (for determining if we’ll need assistant teachers to help).
For performances:
-The length of performance you are looking to hire us for.
-Venue details (stage size and surface composition, lighting, sound system, etc).
-Audience details (i.e.: “this is going to be for my child’s school’s multicultural day” or “we need performers for my company’s employee appreciation event”, “we need performers for an EDM festival”, etc). This simply helps us determine the number of performers and what costuming they would need to have access to.
Our Terms
Booking/Reservations:
A 50% deposit & signed contract are required to book and reserve a date.
Balance Due:
Payment must be received in full 7 days prior to event date.
Tips:
Tips are not required but are graciously accepted. They can be dropped in a tip basket during the event or presented to the lead dancer or teacher in an envelope at the end of the event. Please do not tip dancers on their bodies. We understand this is often how tips are given to dancers in some restaurants, but, we prefer a different approach.
Cancellation Policy:
If your event gets cancelled or you have a change of plans:
– 60 days before your event you will receive a 95% refund.
– 30 days before your event you will receive a 75% refund.
– 14 days before your event you will receive a 50% refund.
NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 1 WEEK OF EVENT.
