Victorian style women’s formal vest. Made in elegant tapestry fabric with ornate metal buttons on either side in the front. Rich black tassels adorn the bottom edge. Sleek black satin trim decorates the collar and front panels. Completely lined on the inside in the same sleek black satin. Similar items from them retail from $135 to $365.
