Black chiffon fabric. Comfortable wide elastic waistband. Professionally made and finished with a rolled wave hem. Flows easily with movement.

Previously owned and on consignment. Overall condition is moderate. Some stains and snags.

Length is about 36″ from top of elastic at waistband to the hem.

Current elastic in waistband is about 33″ when relaxed and about 46″ when pulled taut.
