More About Our Soirée Deluxe Double Fringe Scarf
Base fabric is a stretchy black mesh fabric. Fabric is lavishly adorned with a mix of black and sparkling champagne toned sequins. Stretchy fabric means this scarf will hug curves nicely. Rich high quality fringe adorns the 2 lower edges. The top edge features a low bulk folded hem at the hips.
